Board Members:

Crispin Burdett, Chairman:
Crispin has a career that spans both the finance and technology sectors. He was a founding director of Stochastic Financial Modelling. In this capacity he advises corporates, brokers and insurers on risk finance. He was the principal advisor to Motability Operations on the pricing and financial structure of their recent $3.2 billion insurance policy for one of the world's biggest lease hire fleets. A mathematics graduate, Crispin began his career - following a spell teaching overseas - developing general insurance systems. He then moved to CMG where, after a number of consultancy roles he was appointed associate director and established their application service business in the finance sector.

Neil Riches, Founder and Managing Director:
Neil gave up a career in the City of London in order to start Worldlink. He was responsible for obtaining the original UK patent. Prior to founding Worldlink, Neil was a Director at UBS in London where he ran the European Futures and Options operation. Before joining UBS, Neil was Client Relationship Director for FIMAT, the Futures and Options trading arm of Societe Generale. During his career, Neil has set up many operations in the City, including the SWAPS operation at Kleinwort Benson and the Futures and SWAPS operations at Tokai Bank International. Neil was also one of the founders of the Futures and Options Association in London, which is now a thriving regulatory body.

Tony Fish, Non-Executive Director:
Tony Fish is a highly experienced board level professional and has been involved for over 20 years in the Technology Media and Telecoms industries, being associated with building hi-tech companies since his first IPO (OFEX) in 1994. Tony is reknown for his simple no-nonsense attitude, robust financial views and governance controls. He brings an innovative flare to delivery, deal execution and fund raising. Tony features in the top 10 of 'The Observer Guardian' newspapers "The future 500 rising stars". Tony currently sits on 7 private and public boards, acting as adviser for early stage investors. He has written 3 books on the mobile and digital industries.

Sandip Sarda, Strategic Alliances
Sandip is a seasoned telecom and media executive, with extensive technology and business development experience. A pioneer in the field of Interactive TV, having successfully filed for patents and over 15 years of direct experience in VOD, IPTV, TV2.0 and new media initiatives. He has experience in start-ups and when at BT, helped establish ISP operations in India and Malaysia as well as setting up operations in East and Southern Africa for various companies. He was the founder and CTO of AssetHouse technology, which he exited successfully in 2008 with a trade sale. He is an advisor to Africa Channel and sits on various boards and was elected Cable & Satellite Top 50 people in Europe Award.

Hemant Patel, Business Development
Hemant has been involved in the financial services industry since 1982. He has been actively involved in M&A as well as the creation and management of various funds with his partners in excess of £500m. In addition, Hemant is a serial investor in various leading technology companies and acting as a 'Concierge Banker' for global companies for emerging markets.
