1. What is i-mobilemarkets?
i-mobilemarkets is a web-based application that allows you to view Real-Time financial information on LSE, Turquoise, PLUS market, Commodities markets, FX markets and Currency markets. You are able to collate and tailor the stocks you want into multiple watchlists, holding up to 45 items in each, view charts & graphs of thousands of stocks and trade through our online Trading platform provided by Jarvis IM at £6.95 for desktop trading and £9.50 for mobile.

Yes. Worldlink do not hold any financial information on any users. I-mobilemarkets runs on an https (the s standing for secure) web browser, encrypting all data that is sent externally.

LSE, Turquoise, Plus Markets, FX as well as Commodities are available from default.
Back to the top5. How is my account activated?
You will receive an email. This will be sent to the email address you registered with. If you do not receive your email within 15 minutes of registering, contact our support team (details listed at the bottom.)Before contacting our support team, make sure you check the junk/spam folder of your email account. There have been cases where the email defaults to that mailbox.
Back to the top6. Can I get i-mobilemarkets on my mobile?
Yes you can. Text 'APP WOR' to 88833 and follow the instructions from there. Texts cost at the standard network rates. Check with your network provider if you are unsure of the costs per text. If you have already registered for i-mobilemarkets you will not need to register again for the mobile service. Go to i-mobilemarkets and enter your login details as you would for the desktop.

Most current phones allow i-mobilemarkets to work. This includes current Nokia, Samsung, Apple iPhone, LG and Blackberry handsets. Please note that Windows Mobile phones will not work. We cannot support them.
Back to the top8. I keep getting a message telling me that I am connecting to a page that contains insecure items.
This is a common problem, but luckily is completely harmless. To stop future warnings, go to your internet settings> security> custom level> and turn 'Allow mixed content' to enable.

8. When I load the website, the page is blank or black. This too is a common problem. You must enable JavaScript on your internet browser. This is how it is setup for the following:
a. Internet Explorer (IE) 'internet tools > security > custom level' and enable 'Active Scripting'
b. Mozilla Firefox (MF) 'tools > options > content > advanced' and tick the box that says 'Enable JavaScript'
c. Safari (S) 'preferences > security' and tick the box that says 'Enable JavaScript'.
10. Are my username and password safe?
Yes, when logging into i-mobilemarkets, you will see https:// instead of http://. HTTPS is a secure (encrypted) login protocol. Passwords are transmitted ONLY to Worldlink and no passwords are stored on the device. However, If you believe there is an issue with your account, contact the support team as soon as possible.

Our user area is currently undergoing work to allow users greater control over their profile, which includes the ability to retrieve lost passwords. For now please contact our support team (details listed at the bottom of the screen) and they will be happy to help.

You can retrieve lost login details, change your password and other account details, etc, by going to the Markets Account Area of our site!
